Benefit concerts
"Arti Allegre"
The Sozialwerke Pfarrer Sieber is well known in the Zurich area and beyond.
Description
This institution offers low-threshold facilities, especially for addicts and homeless people, under the motto: catching up, caring for, helping on. Those in need find help and, if possible, are guided in small steps towards everyday life.
Vision
At the beginning of 2022, the Linsi Foundation had the idea of organising a benefit concert with the Czech chamber orchestra "Arti Allegre" for the SWS in Switzerland. The contact with the Prague musicians had existed for many years. We also had worked together with the Sozialwerke Pfarrer Sieber before.
Approach
The project was developed with our own input. It progressed well and two concerts could take place in summer 2022 (Stäfa and Einsiedeln). The SWS benefit financially and through additional attention for their valuable services.
Impact
The two concerts are attended by a total of 250-300 people. The linsi.foundation doubles the amount of the collection. Very many satisfied visitors, unexpected reunions, exciting encounters and a lot of joy make these events unforgettable, successful and beautiful.
Story
Poetic sounds for a summer evening
The Prague chamber ensemble „Arti Allegre“ will perform in Stäfa and Einsiedeln, playing works by Czech composers Antonín Dvořák, Leoš Janáček and Josef Suk. The 15 outstanding musicians and soloists from the Czech Republic regularly perform worldwide with major artists. The ensemble was founded by its artistic director, Ondřej Lébr, in Prague in 2013. Arti Allegre performs at numerous concerts and festivals in Europe. Its repertoire consists of works from the Baroque to the 21st century.
